Shipping and Return Terms and Conditions

Shipping Times:
For all shipping please allow 1-3 days processing time.

Domestic Shipping:
We ship USPS Priority Mail and UPS. All shipping prices include insurance and tracking. Shipping time estimates are included in the shopping cart but if you have questions please feel free to email us. Shipping costs are based on the weight of the order placed.

Shoe Only Orders:
Shoe only order may be shipped via UPS at sellers discretion. Any extra fees will be paid for by Monochrome Clothing if shipped by alternative method.

California Residents:
California Residents must pay a 8.75% sales tax. If you forget to add this to your shopping cart we will send you an invoice for the sales tax amount. Your items will not be shipped until sales tax is paid.

International Shipping:
Our shopping cart is set to ship internationally by standard USPS Priority and Express shipping, as well as UPS international shipping. International shipping includes insurance and package tracking. Global priority mail has limited tracking to some areas. You can track your shipments at www.usps.com or www.ups.com

Customs for International Customers:
Please be aware that some countries may charge additional customs fees or taxes. Contact your counties customs department to find out if you will be charged fees and the rates of those fees. These fees are imposed at the time of import by the country the items are being imported too. Monochrome Clothing has no control over these fees and can not estimate them for you.
We cannot and will not mark packages as "gift", "sample", or anything other than "merchandise" on the applicable customs forms nor will we reduce the value of of to lessen the taxes and duties levied against the recipient. No exceptions will be made to this policy!

Delayed packages: Delays imposed by customs can not be predicted and may occurre. In these cases keep your tracking number handy. Sometimes customs ships a package to your local mail center where it is held for you, and neglects to let you know it is there. If you think your package is overdue the first thing to do is check your tracking number at www.USPS.com or www.ups.com, next is to go to the local post office with your tracking number and make sure that it is not waiting for you there.

All retuns must have tags attached and be in unused and unworn condition. Shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox will be considered worn and will not be refunded. Therefore, please place your shoes in their original box inside of a bigger box before sending them back to us

Your return must be postmarked with 14 days of initial ship date. Returns received after 14 days will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.

Shipping is not refundable unless there is a shipping error.

Intimates, Tights, Socks, Bookstore, Cosmetics, and Final Sale items are non-returnable.

Items returned in used condition will not be refunded.
